Weekly rental is from Saturday to Saturday. Other bookings by prior arrangement.
Daily rate in British Pounds (GBP) Sterling: *
For daily rates divide the weekly rate given above, for the period of interest, by seven and round upwards if necessary.
* All prices quoted are for the apartment, not per person.
Reservation payment: 25% payable at the time of booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Breakages Deposit: 1000 Rand (payable on arrival and refunded at the end of your stay).
Please note:
Bookings are not confirmed until the Reservation payment has been received (or cleared in the case of cheque payments).
Cancellation refund
14-21 days notice: 25% refund
22-31 days notice: 50% refund
32-42 days notice: 75% refund
Over 42 days notice: Refund is paid in full less a £15.00 administration fee.
